the check-in queue was a little long. there was a queue to sort out a double charge on my card. the dining room felt a bit chaotic.

the direct access to the south terminal via a covered walkway was convenient. i found the room well-kept, and it certainly met my expectations for cleanliness. the staff at the front desk efficiently handled check-in, providing clear directions to nearby facilities.
i noted a considerable wait time at the bar during the evening due to short staffing. this resulted in delayed service and made it difficult to enjoy a quick drink.

The room had a good size and a comfortable bed. the staff were helpful and quick when needed. the soundproofing worked well considering its proximity to the airport. I barely heard any noise.
I found that the room was a bit too warm. i think that some air conditioning would have greatly improved my comfort level . It would have made sleeping much easier.
